Scope of work
- Structural assessment and reinforcement of floors, walls and ceilings
- Reconfiguration into isolation wards, ICU and treatment areas in easy-to-clean, contamination-resistant materials
- Negative-pressure HVAC, upgraded plumbing and electrical networks, and backup power
- Medical gas systems — oxygen, vacuum and compressed air lines
- Infection control — handwashing stations, medical waste systems, antimicrobial surfaces and UV disinfection units
- Full system testing, disinfection and staff training before commissioning
