Supply and delivery of IT equipment to the General Directorate of Decentralised Administration and Villages across Timor-Leste. The objective was to strengthen digital infrastructure, improve administrative efficiency and support decentralised governance and local service delivery.

- Desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and projectors
- Networking devices and accessories to government specification
- Installation, configuration and testing on deployment
- Basic user training and technical support
